Presidents Night Dinner

Friday 18 March 2016

The Presidents of Hunstanton & District Inner Wheel and Hunstanton & District Rotary Club would like to extend an invitation to all its members, partners and friends to attend our Presidents Night Dinner to be held on Friday 18th March 2016 at the Kings Head Hotel , Great Bircham 7.00pm for 7.30pm dinner.

   The price is £25 per head and is a black-tie event with entertainment from Magician Gus Wilson.

If you wish to attend please send the attached slip with your cheque made payable to “Hunstanton and District Rotary Club” to Ben Warnes, Birchwood House, 40a Park Road, Hunstanton PE36 5BY  to arrive no later than Monday 7th March 2016  as we have to notify the hotel seven days in advance. Once we have advised the Hotel of the final numbers we shall be unable to make a refund for cancellations.

The dinner menu is shown on the second attachment. We have listed the options A – M on the menu to make completion of the return slip easier.
